A Surprise Engagement Session in Downtown Wilmington NC

My friend Amy at Do Me a Favor weddings called me the other day and asked what I was doing that evening, she wanted to set up a surprise engagement session for her right hand coordinator Alex and her fiancé Henry :)

Fortunately I had my evening open and a new camera to play with :) 

(For the curious is was the Canon 1DX Mark II)

As soon as Alex saw me getting out of the car she started dancing!!! I knew it was gunna be a fun shoot then. 

I had such a hard time picking the headliner photo for this session because I love all of them! 

I tried several new things this shoot, one of them being pulling motion into the images. I'll include the original images as well as the one with motion that are lower resolution for you to compare.
